After a lifetime of loving fitness I decided to stop giving unwelcome advice to my friends and family and became a certified personal trainer so I could share my knowledge with those who actually wanted it!

 

I founded NJ Fit Mom after being compelled to provide moms quality exercise that was local and child friendly. Besides offering personal training for busy moms, I developed Boot Camp for Moms where no two sessions are the same, women receive focused training, and children are welcome. Utilizing the environment, music, and some equipment, I keep the workout fun yet challenging. I am dedicated to making my members come back for more and reach their personal goals. My members are equally dedicated to NJ Fit Mom. You will often find us together at a class, local races or for girls’ night out.

 

I live locally with my husband Kirk, and our two daughters (Madison, 6 and Avery, 4) that both love to run, jump and yes--- even do pull-ups! When not training I enjoy softball, water sports, barbecues at the pool, and kicking my husband’s butt at burpees. :)

Hi there…I’m Tonya Fleszar and I’m so looking forward to working with all of you! I’ve been working in the fitness industry for over 12 years and hold a BS in Exercise Physiology with many certifications… personal trainer, willPower & grace™ Master Instructor, ISCA Kickboxing Trainer, Zumba and Stott Pilates Teacher. I’m also certified as a working mom of two with a mission to help as many people as possible to lead a healthy lifestyle. I currently live in Hampton with my husband Jon, daughter Cameron (5) and son Roman (2).

 

I know how hard it can be to find time or motivation to squeeze in a workout. I love to help moms make that time worthwhile with NJ FIT MOM. I know that my innovative workout style, constant varied workouts and boundless energy will add to your fun experience and results! So, be prepared to sweat, laugh (with me or even at me) and have a rockin’ time!

Hi all!
I’ve been in fitness for over 8 years. Spin, Pilates, Group Exercise, Personal Training, you name it… I’ve taught it!! I recently became a Crossfit L-1 trainer and LOVE adding that knowledge and intensity into my Boot Camps and other classes. When not in the fitness world, I work as a registered nurse and am having fun raising my son Jack (7) and throwing parties with my husband, Steve. I also kick Jess’s butt at wall balls (although she kicks mine at pull-ups-- so it’s cool!).

As a mom, trainer and nurse I know how important it is to MAKE the time to take care of yourself so you have the energy and strength to take care of the other people that count on you. We moms are always running in 100 directions, might as well make one of them the direction to health, strength and wellness with NJ FIT MOM! Get ready for an awesome workout, when you see me at the park!
