BOOT CAMP:

This is NOT your ordinary class. It’s a unique workout dedicated to hard-working women who want to get fit. Our certified trainer incorporates core training, cardio, strength training, sport drills, plyometrics & more to create a fun and challenging experience. Join us for a great workout in an encouraging atmosphere! And no, you don’t have to be a mom!

SITTER CARE:
$50 per child per session 

$75 per child both sessions (Save $25, $3 per visit)


**Please note--
We need a minimum to run our sitter care and do cap it to keep numbers manageable so please register early if you need a spot.

There is no sitter care for evenings but children welcome to come and watch mom get fit!

Elite Training: Break out of your limits!

Elite training is the perfect addition to your regular fitness routine. It varies functional movements at a high intensity level. Whatever your current fitness level, this will kick your body into the best shape it’s ever been in by combining strength, power and metabolic conditioning. Short and intense, this training class is for those who want an extra push! You can expect to see box jumps, weightlifting, pull ups, burpees, speed ropes, Kettlebell swings, and any other fun movement your trainer comes up with!

Training can be done in the comfort of your own home, at one of our home based studios, or at a local park.

One on One Training
Regardless of your current fitness level, NJ Fit Mom will customize a workout that will help you achieve your health and fitness goals safely and quickly.

 

Small Group Training (2-3)
Have a group of friends or co-workers that want to get fit and healthy? Our trainer will customize a plan for up to 3 women. Rates as low as $25 per session.

one on one (50 minutes)…

$65 per session, pay as you go
$60 per session, pre-paid 5 session package
$55 per session, pre-paid 10 session package

 

group of two or three (50 minutes)…
$75 per session total
(for larger groups add $25 per person)



MOTHER RUNNERS:

Open to any NJ Fit Mom free of cost. We meet on weekends to run the track, trail or road. We also enter races together and push each other to become better! Some run, some jog, some walk, some cheer…ALL have a good time!
