BOOT CAMP FOR MOMS:

This is NOT your ordinary class. It’s a unique workout dedicated to hard-working moms who want to get fit. Our certified trainer incorporates core training, cardio, strength training, sport drills, plyometrics & more to create a fun and challenging experience. Join us for a great workout in an encouraging atmosphere! And no, you don’t have to be a mom!

Why Boot Camp is our most popular service…
- Designed and led by a certified personal trainer for a fraction of the cost.
- Children welcome to join the fun or use affordable on-site child care supervision.
- All levels of fitness served from couch potato to fitness queen.
- Runs in sessions...no long term commitment.
- Members must bring their own hand weights, mat and water.

2012 SESSIONS 3 & 4

April 16-June 1 (session 3)
June 11-July 27 (session 4)

Please note our price per class did not increase Sessions 3 & 4 are 7 weeks instead of 6.

 

Per session $175 (2 X per week or 14 classes) 

Both sessions 3 & 4 $300 (SAVE $50, $11 per class)
Evening session 3 $100

Want to combine locations and take as many classes as you want?

Unlimited per session $225 ($6.5 per class)

Unlimited both sessions $350 ($5 per class)

 

Drop in $20 when room permits

 


SITTER CARE:
$50 per child per session

NEW!!! Elite Training: Break out of your limits!!!

Elite Training is the perfect addition to your regular fitness routine. It will challenge you by taking you out of your fitness comfort zone! This advanced class varies functional movements at a high intensity level. Whatever your level…this will kick your body into the best shape it’s ever been in by combining strength, power and metabolic conditioning. Short and intense, this training class is for those who want an extra push! 45 minutes max. Think you can’t get a good workout in less than 45 minutes? Think again...think box jumps, pull ups, burpees, speed ropes, Kettlebell swings, etc.


 

ELITE TRAINING RATES:

$75 total per elite group... Divide it up by two to four participants! Class number is limited to 4 to provide proper coaching.

*No sitter care but kids are welcome to come chill while we work out. Participants need their own HEAVY Kettlebell (20- 35lbs).

PERSONAL TRAINING:

Training can be done in the comfort of your own home, at one of our home based studios, or at a local park.

One on One Training
Regardless of your current fitness level, NJ Fit Mom will customize a workout that will help you achieve your health and fitness goals safely and quickly.

 

Small Group Training (2-3)
Have a group of friends or co-workers that want to get fit and healthy? Our trainer will customize a plan for up to 3 women. Rates as low as $25 per session.

MOTHER RUNNERS:

Open to any NJ Fit Mom free of cost. We meet on weekends to run the track, trail or road. We also enter races together and push each other to become better! Some run, some jog, some walk, some cheer…ALL have a good time!
